and I am a certified stress management and anxiety coach. Why? Because they say you should teach what you know. And I know stress and anxiety, my friends.

I had my first panic attack in the third grade. I have had anxiety and have been prone to worry and nervousness throughout my life. Since I never found relief from just taking a pill, I had to learn how to heal myself when doctors, therapists and psychiatrists didn’t help me. What worked for me was a mind body soul approach. This means to me, looking at all aspects of why I was feeling this way AND addressing all of those aspects at the same time. I learned tools and techniques that calmed my body mind, stopped my negative and fearful thinking it its tracks and developed resiliency to my triggers in order to live the life I wanted. Sounds pretty great, right?
